It comes standard with oversized windows which have plexiglass tops and shuttered bottoms, a four by eight foot deck, and a bay window. The exterior is characterized by victorian elegance with country charm. The Queen Anne play house features a vaulted entry, fireplace, L-shaped stairway, and an abundance of room. The plans are in an easy to read CAD format that is printed out for you. Each set of drawings comes with instrusctions that take you step by step through the building process.
